lets talk about the best anime that has been aired this year and now one of my official favorites. this anime starts fast paced and keeps it up for the rest of the season with very few slow moments or moments that make you ask yourself "why was this included?" it has good action and fighting scenes, a decent love story and its world is extremely interesting making you want to learn more about it as the show is going on. ALL of the side characters are extremely well developed with a rare exception of maybe one or two just having wasted potential. you probably will have a hard time not binging this anime to its extremely well timed and aggravating cliffhangers. the art work is pretty good not great but it is good.

like i said earlier all of the characters with the exception of the main character are extremely interesting and well written. if your the type of person to love to hate a character subaru is your knight (fore shadowing?). the two main female protagonists are possibly two of the most beloved characters in this show being rem and emilia. the only drawback i think with emilia is we don't get to see as much as we should at certain points which is fine but if there is a second season it would be cool to get more of her. the only reason i don't give this anime a 10/10 in terms of story score is i feel like there is so much more we can build on if we get a second and third season there is so much that can be done with this anime's world and characters. this anime still gets a 10/10 and now i must cry in my sleep waiting for a second season.
