Mixed Feelings
The plot feels like it was thought up on the spot simply for the sake of producing something. It is a little generic and shallow, and they almost don't explain anything. If you were to look at this anime's story from a logical point of view, you wouldn't enjoy it. They did try to add in a philosophical view to it, though it was a little forced, as pretty much the whole anime was about the power of clothes and it's kinda a plot that a Youtube content creator would think of to make some low-budget video.

As for the animation, let's just say it's a little inconsistent. We have the thrilling fight scenes, with epic transformations, tactics, and blood spillin, and I must say, everytime when they fight, it feels like the finale of the episode, and it's good. However, at other parts of the anime, the work seems rather sloppy and they don't bother to even make a walking animation for some parts.

As for the music, it effectively supplements the fight scenes and give a finale feel to it, making an action look more epic than it actually is.

If not for the excessive fanservice, the anime would be better. I understand that the anime revolves around the power of clothes and stuff, but it's quite unnecessary to strip the defeated characters naked when they get cut by Ryuko's blade.

Characters seem to be done rather sloppily, but still I don't really see major problems with them.

I actually enjoyed the anime to a certain extent, especially the fight scenes, even though the anime is packed with flaws, it's good if you want something to watch when munching on popcorn or chips, but if you're looking for an anime that actually has a good plot, don't bother watching it.
