Preliminary (Unknown/? chp)
Before going into the review, just a message- this series is for age 16+ audience primarily as has been rated by NETCOMICS. I'd personally give this a rating of mature due to some contents shown repeatedly in the story. Reviewing this based on the 7 volumes I've read till now. Could contain a few spoilers**

Story [9/10]: I loved the concept! This story is a chronicle of a being who has lived for hundreds of years and how his presence is intertwined with the world of this story. A depiction of what happens when humans get too many things in their hands and how that brings about changes in their world is what all these vols. show. The story starts with a fantasy world. But slowly over these 7 vols. the location of where this story is set are revealed- very effectively too. The mystery of how this world is surviving is well maintained.

Art [6/10]: Art is good. But I have a few complaints- why does the girl need to be in the skimpiest possible clothes when all other girls and women of that world have long full dresses? Why do the eyebrows of all the characters have to be so crooked? Pretty unrealistically drawn. Why do every characters lips have to be so exaggerated? Other than that characters are well drawn. So are the backgrounds for the most part. The backgrounds do manage to create a proper image of the world in the story before your eyes. All the male characters are shown to have well toned bodies. The women have also be generally well drawn.

Character [7/10]: I found the female protagonist extremely annoying in the first couple of volumes till her back story was revealed. In that she really was such a good character by nature. For most part she keeps tormenting the male protagonist terribly. I felt bad about this- but the fact that one feels bad means the author has succeeded in creating the character personalities. This author does have a pattern in her manhwa though, where the guy protagonist is always tormented by the girl protagonist- to give the story an overall angsty shade. The other guy protagonist in this story is also well crafted. My only complaint here again is how forceful each male character becomes suddenly towards the female character. Also the start of the physical relationship between the main protagonists is really uncomfortable. I wonder if the relationship development between the protagonists could be shown in any other way. Maybe this was shown to spice things up a bit, but it feels annoying sometimes.

Enjoyment and Overall [8/10]: I found all the volumes enjoyable, especially the back stories of all the protagonists. Action scenes are well projected throughout all panels and messages are very clear from their depiction. Would definitely recommend these books to anyone who enjoys action, adventure, post-apocalyptic stories.
