Name of Anime: The Daily lives of High school boys

Genre: Comedy, Slice-of-life

No. of episodes: 12

Review: I finished this anime last week and it is the most recent anime for me. This anime has 12 episodes, and each episode is divided into 5 or 6 sub-episodes. The main focus of the anime is on the daily and mundane life of us boys and the humiliating but hilarious situation that is faced by them now and then. The anime doesn’t have a definite plot. Its main focus is on 3 friends, Tadakuni, Hidenori and Yoshitake, their high school class mates and their sisters. The anime also features some “I don’t even know who the hell they are” girls at the prologue; they call that extra sub-episode, “High school girls are funky”. But somehow, even in this bizarre world of normal life of this anime has successfully delivered Comedy as much as its normal plot could get them too.

Weakness: This anime is quite good, but still it has three major weaknesses.
1) The anime doesn’t have a plot development. So, by the end of anime this plot gets to nowhere and it finishes just suddenly. That’s one of the major weaknesses of the anime.
2) This anime dropped one of its protagonists, Tadakuni, for at least 4 episodes; which is unforgivable. As we know already, that it’s a must for any kind of anime, to feature its protagonist at least once.
3) The anime, by the end of 6 episodes, keeps on adding new characters for no reason, but doesn’t considers featuring its main character.

Rating: Thanks to its comedy and moments which made me say, “Hey! It happened to me once.” This anime gets 7 out of 10 from me.
