Story(8/10)
UBW has a few key differences to FSN in terms of who the story focuses on. It had an episode zero which focused entirely on Rin Tohsaka the female main character of this series. The story tends to give more focus on Rin and Archer than its predecessor FSN did. Since this is based on the visual novel UBW follows the true ending to the Unlimited Blade Works arc. I feel Unlimited Blade works universe set one of the darker precedents in the Fate Stay universe and the plot often reflects this tone.
Art (9/10)
This is partially what made me quit Fate Stay Night and kept me watching UBW. The art is gorgeous in this series. When it isn't a thrilling action scene, it's a stunning background showing a colorful landscape. I really love the landscape shots in this series and how they bring life to the characters in this show.
Sound(9/10)
Most of the OST is great. I did watch the OP and ED the first time but skipped it subsequent times. The VAs on this show are also very good. I can't think of a Japanese VA that wasn't originally from Fate Stay Night. Due to there being more Archer in this series, you can tell the work Junichi Suwabe put into his lines and delivery. He plays the perfect manipulative jerk.
Character (8/10)
I only give this an eight out of 10 because I hate Shinji and they focused less on Sakura. Although it detracted from the focus on Saber, I felt that the focus on Tohsaka, and Archer and their relationship to Shirou was a very good thing in terms of character development. I didn't like Shirou at first as the main protagonist. Good selfless characters feel dull to me. This show did a good job of averting this and even addressing the problems with such a character. Shirou's flaws felt well portrayed. As for the 8/10, this might be a minor gripe, but out of two siblings Sakura and Shinji, they decided to focus more on the one I can't stand. There are characters who are jerks in this show(i.e Archer, Gilgamesh) , but I felt like Shinji had no fleshing out character wise. He was just a borderline-rapist coward slime and every scene he lived was an irritating one.

Just the general environment of this show appeals to me. The action was amazing and I loved the OST . The characters were interesting and enjoyable(exception Shinji). I was hooked by the plot. In conclusion, I would recommend giving this show a watch.
