The second story (Yowamushi Kareshi to Rokudenashi) was really confusing to me. There was an amusing part where one character showed his friends the secret sex tape he'd made with his boyfriend, but other than that it was kind of confusing and generally I didn't think it was that good.
The third story (Kimi to Boku de Chouchou Musubi o) was kind of... disturbing. The main character in it was really creepy. Though he gets bonus points for looking like Kise Ryouta.
The final story, (Usotsuki to Happy End o) was okay at first. I didn't mind it but then right at the end there was a twist that just kind of ruined it for me. It was also quite creepy and disturbing.
So overall, I think it was a bit of a miss, though I do recommend the first story.
