The anime really needed to work on it's explaining because the theory is actually very interesting! It explains how magic is used, why CADs are needed, why the MC is OP yet is ranked lowly as a magician etc.

Honestly, I wasn't that interested in the plot but I must say, the action scenes were seriously badass and the animation is superb.
Reading the theory definitely made watching the anime a better experience so I give it a 7/10
