After seeing majesties like FMAB, Code Geass, Hunter x Hunter (2011), etc. this was disappointing. The relationship between Tatsuya and his sister is interesting, although a bit unnerving in that Miyuki loves her brother as more than a brother. Still, the fight scenes (magic) are good and the concept of building a society around magic as a technology is intriguing. The sound wasn't anything special, kinda annoying actually when listening to it separately. The character development of Tatsuya, an insanely powerful magician, is pretty awesome, although not as awesome as Ichigo's or Naruto's. It was pretty enjoyable, but not addicting. I would only recommend this if you are interested in the high school genre, magic with magicians genre, or are a serious anime viewer and want to see them all.
