Humour, Romance, and Drama. Or better perhaps (Heavy) Humor, (Heavy) Romance, and (Heavy) Drama.
At the first few episode I just merely seeing this as a entertaining humorous anime with high school theme, but I am actually really surprised with the way story develop into a heavy matter of the heroine personal past.
To be honest, this is exceeding my expectation by FAR..like real far.
The episodes is really take my interest by its great humour and the way character react and over-react is really funny. And I really do entertain with their daily foolishness and delusions.
The story progressing and develop in a really smooth way. It does a really good job transitioning from friendship to love relationship. And to get it even tastier, they put on top another icing on the cake, that humours.
But...just like a good food........there is saltiness and bitterness of the story that make the anime a WHOLE LOT different genre when you reach the few last episodes.
I am personally love episodes 9-11 (I won't spoil you anything, and for the remarks the sound effect and background really hit me hard LOL. Koi!) because that's where I realised how thick the romance is, and how the story goes from light, to warm, and then going dark in a steady pace.
Well...it is my taboo to talk too much in review since the more I talk the bigger chance I will spoil the story. So if by any means you are looking for anime with a LIGHT, WARMING, and DARK at the same time ....in the genre slice of life or high school themed.... it will suit you.
Last...I never thought that this anime will develop its story in this way at all and it catch me by surprise by a lot. I love it.
