The story of Usagi Drop starts at a wake. The mood among relatives is heavy, not only for family grandfather's loss, but mainly it has left behind a bastard daughter, unknown until then. Daikichi, the grandson of the late, is surprised when other adults consider leaving little Rin in foster care and, moved by the impulse and has some sympathy for the little girl, assumes responsibility for it. Single, with only 30 years and no experience with children (in addition to very little with women in general), Daikichi need to turn to take care of her "aunt" Rin, 6 years old.

As the person extremely "family" I'm obviously the synopsis of the manga has been more than enough to make me anxious about the release. In view of my high expectations, each page overflowed sensitivity representing persons and family relations as indeed are very delicate. Each attitude and talks reflect in all, generating feelings for heavy and difficult to handle sometimes, even questioning the relationship between people.
