Firstly, I should say that I haven't got a free-time to spend to watch the 1st season, so this review purely, solely, dedicated and discuss for the 2nd season only, Psycho-Pass 2 (サイコパス2). Aired on Fall 2014 along w/ other awesome anime series didn't let Psycho-Pass 2 down. It stands along w/ Akame ga Kill!, Donten ni Warau, Akatsuki no Yona, Amagi Brilliant Park, Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works, Gugure! Kokkuri-san, and Kiseijuu. What so damn tough opponents those are!

The story centers around the heroine, Akane Tsunemori and her division to capture the rebel against Sybil System, named Kamui. It's complicated and every episode makes you curious about what will going on next and what's behind the motive of this Kamui to questioned the system which rules society. By this summary, I hope it won't bring spoiler at all wwww~
Eventho' the storyline sounds simple but the conflict both intrapersonal and interpersonal of each characters runs deeper than you imagine. If I could say it's so philosophical and meaningful. Even w/ such a hard topic to bring with, the delivery of every questions to solve the case go on so smooth yet mysterious. That's how I like this series the most.

Another boost point is also the music. Ling tosite Sigure with "Enigmatic Feeling" as opening and EGOIST with "Fallen", are the blast. The rhythm, tempo, as well as gloomy lyrics bring an unspeakable excitement which feels so fit w/ the series.

As my words deliver the information about the improvement of each characters above, I shouldn't say much about it~maybe it will ruin the viewers feel who haven't watched it to enjoy the series. According to what my acquaintance said, there are few new characters added in this second season, compared to the first season, the new characters here really goes boom the story and conflicts.

For such the great plot and other aspects of it, I give 9 for the series ♪
Pros:
Great plot and somewhat mysterious stuffs
Damn catchy theme songs

Cons:
The improvement of the case seems to overreact by make it so dramatic
