Story: 10/10
The story is 2 people ending up at a bar, and they have to play a game that decides life or death. This is the basic plot for the entire series, and it does a good job incorporating it with many elements of the people that end up there. That being said, that is the basic plot. The entire plot is spoiler heavy, so I won't discuss it. The story itself is paced perfectly, and allows the viewers to absorb information at a good pace.
Art: 8/10
The art is different from many other animes. The facial features are more human-like, and the setting is unique. The art is well done.
Sound: 9/10
This anime potentially has the best opening for any show. It is very catchy, and the opening sequence shows mostly all the characters that you will see. It also does amazingly well with incorporating the music into certain scenes to make the scene come to life.
Character: 10/10
The anime consists of 2 main characters, the bartender and the black haired woman. They both develop character as the show progresses, and it is done very well. The people that are sent to be judged also have decent backstory, and gives the viewers a chance to understand what they went through, and feel their pain and sorrow.
Enjoyment: 10/10
At first, I watched this for 5 episodes straight, took a week break, and finished it. It was very well paced and I believe it doesn't need a season 2. It kept me hooked and engaged throughout, and the last few episodes stirred my emotions.
Overall: 10/10
I would reccomend this to my friends, and people who enjoy mysteries and thrillers. It was an enjoying ride, and I am satisfied with this show.
