Kaichou wa Maid-sama... Where do i start?
Be cautious, I tried not to say any spoilers, but if you are very sensitive about any sort of spoilers, you might not want to read. (Only 'Spoilers' contained includes vaguely explain the concepts and story of certain episodes, it's not enough to spoil the whole plot or anything of similar caliber).

Story 1/10:

This anime didn't seem to carry much of an overall story. It reminded me highly of many American cartoons, in the sense of a new event happening every episode, with many fillers. I felt like there was no clear objective that the writers were going for. They kept compiling events were it seemed like Ayuzawa needed help, and Usui either came to the rescue, or if Ayuzawa was able to get out of the situation herself, he would talk to her about what just happened. I admit that I'm a sucker for anime romance, but I felt like it dragged out. I did not think that this show needed 26 episodes, they could have easily wrapped up the story within 12 or 13 episodes.

Art 6/10:

The art in this anime wasn't particularly bad, I just felt like there is a lot of room for improvement. I personally felt like during the kissing scenes, the mouths looked strangely smaller than what i'm used to, but i'm not completely sure about that one. Besides that, they seemed to use chibi like designs and"gray blobs" more often than not. I also found that the backgrounds seemed very repetitive, especially the episode where Ayuzawa and her friends followed Usui around. A lot of the streets, houses, shops, and such were very similar in design. Lastly they seemed to rely on closeup shots for a large portion of each episode.

Sound 5/10:

The voice acting (besides the small portion of English voice acting), is pretty solid. Regardless there are always going to be that one voice that you hate, and this anime definitely had some. Overall, they seemed to rely on their theme music (which i personally find catchy, but almost overused) and sound effects to create the drama points. This is a trick that many anime use. Furthermore it is something that should accompany more appropriate scenes to either pump up viewers for an upcoming fight, or even shock viewers with silence during a dramatic scene. This anime didn't seem to connect the story and the sound as nicely as other series.

Characters 2/10:
The characters in this series were extremely recycled. Many of the male characters were shown as disgusting, unorganized, porn-loving, perverts. In a lot of other series you will come across the pervert characters, but this series was practically all about the fact that every guy wants to abuse girls (sexual harassment is shown often, but not followed through in this anime) including every single guy at the school, except for the innocent Yukimura. Besides similar personalities, many characters have similar appearances as well. There are multiple guys that look the Usui, two characters that look like Yukimura, many of the background charaters looked very similar and generic, many of the girls all had similar short hair cuts (including background characters). I felt like this series didn't have much development or creativity when it came to creating characters.

Enjoyment 1/10:

I did not enjoy this series at all. It did not feel like an anime, it felt like a cartoon. There wasn't anything to attach me to the show after I watched the first couple of episodes. Once the characters and their environment was set up, it really didn't grab my attention any longer. I felt like watching the show was very boring and I don't even know if i'll be continuing the series after watching half of the show.

Overall 3/10:

The anime did have fair art, but the lack of story, character, and sound creativity, off balances that. I didn't enjoy watching this anime because it slowly turned cliche. However I admit that the whole concept of the show (as in a 'good girl' working at a maid/cosplay restaurant) is capturing. I just didn't think they did the best job writing a story to go alone with the subject. However I can understand why many people would love a series if they are interested in romance/slice of life series, you might find this one has a flavor of originality. I am only giving this anime a poor score because I don't enjoy anime that are all about goofing off, without any real form of a serious side.
