alright so tomato galaxy is a pretty good time, it's a short watch, but you're gonna feel like you've watched it 20 times over by the end since there're so many parallel scenes. is it time travel? is it just random multiverse stuff? who knows? (the answer: YOU by the end of the series.) unless you've been completely sheltered your entire life & have had no development as a person, this anime will probably be like "oh that's neat" & then you'll remember it as something w/ really weird but cool animation. the animation is sick as hell, that's probably the main thing to take away. funhouse was like, "yo what's the craziest way we can animate this" and then they were like "LIFE ACTION LET'S GO LIFE ACTION AT SOME PARTS AND LET'S HAVE THE ANIMATION ACTUALLY PARALLEL TO THEMES" and so they evangelioned this up & put in some random live action scenes. you're gonna be watching this & thinking, "is this artistic? is this meaningful? does this have a deeper purpose? does my opinion matter?" nah. it doesn't. this show doesn't care about you. what it DOES care about, though, is consensual sex, which is neat as all hell. NICE. again, what in god's name do i put for sound????? no idea. the voice acting is super fast, so the subs are super fast. if you can't read & comprehend quickly, this ain't for you. if you don't like your superego being represented by a sexually repressed cowboy, this also ain't for you!!
