Actually to be honest i had watched this anime after watching Naruto and to say i was relieved by this anime as it did not have great filler arcs like as in naruto. Throughout tower of heaven arc fairy tail is just amazing but after that arc i didn't feel must exited about this anime until tenrou island arc. Unlike other animes it did not focus mainly on main protagonist but most members of this anime were given equal importance to that of Lucy and Natsu. Coming to battles Fairy tail did not have lengthy and intense battles as like in Dragon ball, Naruto, Bleach and i did not feel anything unique in powers, most of the powers used by the characters of this anime are well known like Fire magic and Ice magic. Fairy tail not only has good story but also has great background music, it would give chills to anyone watching this one especially during Natsu fight scenes bgm is epic.
