I found the series quite enjoyable overall. I found its greatest strengths lies in its character developments and it is a bit of a shame that I also found its world building being nothing short of potato. Given that, immersion is quite easy because the interactions between characters in this set world of constraints was masterfully executed. Slice of life comedy is well blended with the established tragic narrative and its been a while since I've felt my emotions in such a conflicted state. The animation is also fairly well done(none of that Dragonball Super nonsense) and my friends have also enjoyed the series in HD on crunchy. Definitely a recommendation and worth a watch.
