The storyline started off a bit slow for me, it seemed like some kids that we're just doing what kids do. But it ends up becoming such a powerful story even if they are just kids, and it's written so beautifully. This series doesn't rush the story either, each episode addresses different things and everything is depicted fully. It also addresses more serious topics throughout and it isn't just some cute and sweet little series, it really shows what life can be, either good or bad.
The characters were all wonderful too, each having their own stories as the series goes on and it's amazing seeing these young teens growing, learning, and just experiencing life.
My main love for this show comes from the art style though. The scenery and music scenes are so colourful and vibrant and the characters are all so soft and beautiful. You can just see how much time went into the details so this show is easily one of my favourites for art style.
Overall, this show was amazing. There's a good chance you will bawl your eyes out but it is so worth it for this show. Will forever be a favourite!
