I am sure this anime will provoke a lot of thoughts and different interpretations, simply due to the way the story is told. There were humorous elements which forces you to laugh because of how ridiculous it is. I think the Japanese name of the anime describes it better, as it is really full of "crazy thoughts".
The opening is also very unnerving to watch the first time. People laughing hysterically in broken houses and in the air. There is something supernatural in the animation that makes you feel quite uncomfortable
Towards the end of the anime I really thought the director of the anime was insane, simply because how weird but brilliant it was. The ending was among the worst and therefore also the best I have seen.
This anime is suitable for people who are seeking to something different and challenge, or simply people who want to sit back and enjoy.
