This anime is enriched with quality characters and a thoughtful storyline, it cover concepts and elements such as: Extinction, Survival of the fittest,human race, superpower (forces), the common good,superior species, and government. read the description for a better insight on the plot itself cause I could possible spoil it and it'll be a waste of space for me on this summary. I love this anime because of the way it'll make you feel, it isn't an anime with any cheesy endings where it's completely one sided instead it leaves us with our own opinions which means the ending isn't so direct and simple. This anime has many smart concepts which only people that is in highschool or older would understand because it covers biological facts which is very helpful to understand this anime. It's amazing how this anime made you feel emotionally, these are the emotions i felt throughout the anime:
-Sadness
-Anger
-Pity
-Fear
-Faithful
-Happiness (it's not suppose to be a happy anime FYI)
This anime follows characters throughout a timeline, it doesn't just show the character in one age state, instead the story takes place in a 20ish year interval which I love because we get to see how the characters develop and how the situation progresses throught many years instead of a simple situation dealt with in 7 days.
With this review I think those who watched it will agree and will encourage people who havent seen it to watch it which is my primary goal at this point because it's sooo good that i don't want anybody missing out
Thinks we can take from this anime:
-Whatever the situation we will always have friends to rely on
-Self sacrafice can be good in some situations but not all
-Trust in our friends and our society
-Do anything for your friends as they will do the same back
-Treat others the way you would want to be treated
-What is our society? and is it really that good?
-What can we change in our society for it to be better?
-Persevere
And always stay true to yourself and to your friends.
