It had been the highlight of Anime Industry for years now. It is known for the story and actually created a craze for anime in a lot of people, including me. But Shippuuden is rather plagued with Fillers.

Kishimoto has done an amazing job, creating a story while taking enough time to develop characters. The story has its twists and turns and is able to grip you into it. There are a few inconsistency in the timeline, especially Itachi and Kakashi, mostly because these characters were over developed.
Art: 5
The art is good but the quality of the animation depends heavily on the studio. It can go from hand drawn like lazy animation to the best 2D animations. The low score is especially because of lack of quality in fillers.

Well developed. Kishimoto has again, outdone himself in creating his characters. Each character grown in his own accord though secondary characters are quite just their parents replica and i expect it to be the same in Boruto,

I have loved Naruto for more than half a decade now I can't give an uniased opinion unless it is about the fillers.
