The story is intriguing, the characters are pretty lovable, and the action is fun. There are some faults, such as the redoing of action moves all the time(I guess to save money) and the voice overs that talks over a scene for a bit too long (also to save money). The voices, I felt, didn't match up with the characters at all, but that might just be me. I also felt that the anime was targeted to a younger audience than the manga, given that a lot of the jokes were kind of just slap-stick humor. It is fun to watch however, if you don't want to watch something as serious as, for example, fullmetal alchemist: brotherhood.
