Story:5/10 Now if you've played the visual novel (which i have) you will understand why i gave the story such a low score.For those who haven't i will now explain and as I've said there will be some spoilers (no refrain ones tho).Now the first problem is how the story is told now some of routes in this show are almost nothing like the visual novel because there told so differently one example is Saigusa's route.Now i understand that in the visual novel you fall in love with the characters and after the route it would be as if nothing happened and they can't do that in a anime but because of this fact they've DRASTICALLY changed some of the routes not all but some and in turn this causes some confusion in viewers that have played the VN before watchin this
Art:8/10 The art isn't as bad as most people say it is i like it but not enough to give it a 10 it just doesn't give the same feeling as the visual did in some scenes but still the art isn't as bad as people say it is it still gives the feeling of emotion and impact that the art from the vn does
Sound:10/10:The soundtrack of this anime is something that is GODLY to the ears.some soundtracks just go amazingly with some scenes and can even be listened to by themselfs and still sound amazing
Characters:7/10 Now the Characters were done well all of them getting a route and backstory however i didn't like the way they were told but still good enough
Enjoyment:8/10 Now despite what people say bout the anime after reading the visual novel i still enjoyed the living hell outta this anime and is at the top of my favorite animes .now would i recommend to watch this before reading the visual novel yes because thats the order i saw then in and its better that way becauses if not you"ll constantly be comparing the two together and it may lead to some dropping this
Overall:This isn't no clannad or angel beats but still has a very deep place in my heart the anime and visual novel both i would recommend to watch and read both as they are both supremely good.
