I didn't know what I was getting into when I clicked play with this show. I didn't read the show description, see any reviews, or get a recommendation. I literally heard the opening off of youtube once, as a recommended video, and I loved it. I honestly watched this anime because I loved the opening (and never skipped past it while watching the show).
I think that the people that bash on this anime were on the hype train, just building expectations too much to have reasonable room for it to even meet them, and instead of setting them low, have none by not understanding wtf it even is.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time watching this show, and although it was kind of predictable at times, and kind of annoying at others, this was a fresh feeling, that I've never had before from a show. I'd say, from my experience, go into any show without knowing anything, so you have no expectations that won't be met, giving a positive look back on it when you're done. Unless the show was complete trash in the beginning...
Either or any way, your opinion is your opinion, and mine is mine. I liked it, and I'd recommend it, but I wouldn't give any insight to what it entails, just the title, a recommendation to not read the description, and to enjoy the ride.
