So, this anime. I liked it alot. I won't say this anime doesn't have problems. But it was still very VERY enjoyable for me. I loved Clannad, and still do. I like Kanon, and Angel Beats!. So I was excited for it. Alot of people were disappointed, though. I, on the other hand, loved it. Not my top 10, but still enjoyed it alot. I think it's a tad underrated, but still has a good(-ish) score.

Story 9/10
The story of this anime was fine. It still had some hiccups here and there, like the ending, but still was very appealing to me. The most clichè part was the idea that a meteor drops powder, causing human offspring to have magical powers. The story was solid overall, and I enjoyed it alot.

Art 10/10
So, this art is beautiful. The art is very space-like, and very smooth and shiny. The animation was fine, as this kind of anime doesn't need silky smooth animation.

Sound 7/10
The music was fine, I guess. It was a bit lacking, but the OP was fine. The ED was good. Background songs are OK ish, nothing too fancy. The sound effects are good, usually.

Characters 9/10
I liked all of the characters. The main character went from bad person to good person (minor spoiler for the 1st and 2nd ep), and that transition was pretty smooth. The romance was a bit forced, I thought, but was handled in a pretty safe manner. And the powers were very unique, from teleportation, to finding things on a map.

Enjoyment 10/10
Like I said, I loved this anime. There was a theme of realism I could relate to, and I loved it so much because of that. The idea of powers that have bad efferts to the user was something I also liked.

Overall 9/10
This anime is a favorite, and would go in top 20, if not top 15. This anime is something that I recommend for everyone, just to try it out. I think most of you would enjoy it.
