Story: There was a story? Throughout these 7 episodes that I have watched I was hoping for at least a little action. Something to me make me care about the characters, and something to look forward to in the next episode. Alas, it never came. Suspense, action, romance, excitement; all of these are things missing in the anime (as far as I have watched it). It shouldn't take a third of a season to get all of the characters introduced. 4/10.
Art: The art was really nice. I enjoyed the animations, facial expressions, city landscape, etc.. No complaints here; it is a solid 10/10.
Sound: Sound was cool. Characters had great voices fitting their personalities. Music was ok, but nothing to write home about. 8/10.
Character: The characters are pretty bad-ass. However, this series suffers from too much character introduction, and very little character development. This is partially due to the fact that in the 7 episodes that I watched, not a single major event occurred. There is a lot of room for character development but I am too uninvested to find out if there will ever be any. 7/10
Enjoyment: I was thoroughly bored the entire time. Even crappy low budget anime never had this sort of effect on me. Total snooze-fest, unless you enjoy mindless banter. Simple ideas and concepts were drawn out to make them seem more "deep" and philosophical. In fact, the repetitive humdrum musings of my brain were far more exciting than the dialogue in this anime and took precedence for my attention span. In other words, it was so boring that I had to force myself to pay attention. Did I mention it was boring? 2/10.
Overall: Good characters, no real plot, waste of time. 5/10.
