A mystery and psycological anime where the protagonist Satoru Fuginuma travels through time to save his friends especially Hinazuki Kayo..
it is natural in human life that its too painful to not to able to save the one u love and care about and it male a deep empty hole throughout your life which cannot be filled, in this anime satoru somehow gets the power to travel thorugh time and successfullt save his friends from a serial killer... the only thing this anime fails to bacome a good mystery because instead of finding the killer by finding the missing links from his previous murder, Satoru only tries to save his friends..
Story=8 story was too good.. the protagonist goes through time travel to save his friend whose murder made a deep hole in his entire life that he couldnt save her... the only loop in the story was that Satoru only tries to save his friends instead of catching the killer from the start which failed the story to bacome a true mystery genre
art and Sound=8 the art in the anime was well defined and good... it clearly showed the past and future difference of the surroundings including the characters including the scenes and emotions of the characters
sound was great too, i personally like the theme song of the anime and background song of the anime was great too, the difference between the voice of kid Satoru and adult Satoru was well defined
Character=9 the characters of the anime were good too.. especially the murderer who was the soft and gentle teacher and nobody including Satoru didnt even suspect him as a murderer... Airi was like a moral and spiritual character for Satoru that give him the courage and guidence to do something.. Hinazuki was the victum of parental abuse which made her unsocial with her collegues at first until Satoru helped her.. Sachiko appeared as a great and supporting mother who helped her son Satoru to save Hinazuki from the abuse of her parents with the help of Yashiro(the killer)... Kenya appeared a supporting and good friend of Satoru who helped him whenever needed..
Enjoyment=8 i really enjoyed the show.. the efforts of Satoru to save his friends was too motivating and it was too suspenceful to watch when he couldnt save hinazuki at his first try
Overall=8 i would give this show an overall 8 rating because it lacked true mystery just like other supernatural animes like 'Stein's gate' etc...
it is true motivating to see the value of true friends in life who can go risk their life to save you.. in this anime satoru also risked his life to save his friends and ended up in a coma for his 15 precious years of his life.. just to make his friends live happily he lost 15 years because his true treasure was the smile of his friends which he didnt want to lose.. in life these type of friends are the real friends who stand beside you in every situation.. these friends are too precious to let go..
