Well, while this anime disappointed me in many ways, it also impressed me in ways I wasn't expecting.

A group of people wakes up into a world they do not recognize, remembering faintly of words belonging to their previous world.They soon join the Reserve Army forces and in doing so, they kill monsters, keep the town safe and earn a living.The stronger looking people form a team leaving the weak to fend for themselves.
The story revolves around the group that was left behind including Manato, Haruhiro, Ranta, Yume, Mogzo, and Shihoru. During the events of episode 4, their leader ,Manato dies. The team is greatly devastated by this and thus, most of the anime is focused on the recovering of the team.
After Manato's death Haruhiro, the protagonist, takes it upon himself to\beteam's leader.7/10
This is a very slow yet realistically story, if you are looking for a fast-paced action fantasy anime, you are in the wrong place. I won't ruin the rest of the plot for you so let's continue with the review.
The art on this anime is rather unique. Either you will love it, or you will hate it. For me, I like this style so I'll give it a 9
Great soundtrack, the BGM for this anime is very relaxing 10/10 :)
Characters are great, each are faced with their own trauma and develop with every episode.8/10

Though it may be slow, each episode keeps me enlightened and does not disappoint m̶u̶c̶h̶.
Overall, 8 I ended up giving this anime more points than I had expected.But like I said, if you want action then is is not your go-to anime. Otherwise, If you want an emotional anime, then give this a shot. :)
