Now for the bad stuff:
This anime was on my list of anime i was excited for when it aired. I sat through the entire series because of the artwork and the few characters I did like. But other than that it was painful to watch sometimes. The main character is distasteful, I did not like her at all, she was annoying in the slightest and never really went for anything. Static is a good word for her. The side characters however were relatively interesting. My biggest problem with this anime was the lack of development. The main characters NEVER CHANGED, they played cat and mouse the entire anime. Needless to say I was disappointed by this anime. It leaves you feeling short of story and lack of fulfillment.
