I strongly agree with everyone who is commending KonoSuba [so much I had to write my first review] for it's ability to provide a good, enjoyable 24 minutes. It's not a flawless, gripping, edge-of-your seat story. It's a show that doesn't take itself seriously, and excels at just that.

As of recently, the "action" shows that are coming out tend to be much more enjoyable when the show doesn't take itself too seriously. I can't remember the last legit action show I enjoyed, but it must have been Kiseijuu/Parasyte--which was handled magnificently by a studio that actually knows how to take itself and it's work seriously, and ultimately deliver a good product.

Story: You have your stereotypical, cynical shut-in for a main character, who starts the show by dying in one of the most hilarious ways possible. The rebirth process that follows is too good to spoil. Everything is backwards from what you would expect from your average rebirth/fantasy/save-the-land anime. Every new recruit to the MC's party is so unexpectedly pathetic you can't help but want to see their next demise.

Sound: Soundtrack was... not too memorable, but at least it wasn't memorably bad. The ending theme had a very relaxing, playful vibe to it, which was a plus because it kept my attention for the entire credits-roll--that rarely happens.

Art: Wow, I'm not sure if its just me, but this show is incredibly crisp when you're watching it in the highest definition available for it (1080p). The animation is quite colorful, but not extremely saturated and vivid like No Game No Life (not that vivid/saturated colors are a bad thing)

Overall: A very enjoyable 24 minutes in which you can relax, sit back, (enjoy the music?) and don't have tire yourself paying attention to every small detail.
