Akatsuki no Yona, an anime with a simple plot and simply tells us the adventure of Princess Yona as she travels with her companions, Hak , Yoon and the four dragons, after being ousted out of the castle and betrayed by her childhood friend and crush. It excels in showing Princess Yona's growth as a character from being sheltered and spoiled princess to a woman who wants to learn how to fight, while I did not really see any growth to the other characters such as the four dragons but more of an introduction.

While the voice acting is okay nothing exceptional. I did like the first opening is only instruments.

All in all, If you like an anime that is an adventure with love then this is the anime for you.
