The pacing is terrible. After 13 episodes I feel like nothing happened and wasted a few hours of my life. Show tries way too hard to be philosophical or make it seem like there's always tension but fails miserably because like I said nothing really happens. This series could have worked a lot more as a standalone 13 episodes show, 24+ episodes plus a possible 3rd season/ovas is just too much.
I don't think there's anything else to add since people watching a sequel already knows what's about. imo it's not a terrible show in any way but personally it was a borefest and doubt I'm coming back for a next season.
Overall I rate 7/10 mainly because of the good animation and yanaginagi's opening
