Alright, to kick it off, I feel like my 6 might be equivalent to most people's 7-8s, but I'm going by MAL's definition of 6: the show was fine.
Are you ready for a world of adventure, intrigue, a meaningful journey, and more!?!? Well, this is not the show for you. To put it bluntly, KonoSuba is funny and dumb. Not a bad dumb, but like, it's a good piece of mindless entertainment.
The story is more or less nonexistent; there is somewhat of an overarching plot, but it didn't really play into the story at all. I wouldn't be surprised if the main characters never leave starter town in season 2.
Most of the characters are very 1 dimensional. They are defined by their one trait, be it shooting explosions, masochism, or alternating between completely useless to very helpful. Fortunately, since there are only 10 episodes, the jokes don't get old despite being repetitive.
Overall, don't expect greatness, do expect a good laugh here and there, it's a great recovery show if you just finished a horribly depressing anime and want something to lighten up with.
