The most recent fight is arguably the best so far, and the anime should only go uphill from here. According to the manga, the anime will start picking up really fast, which is one of the reasons im watching an on-going anime in the first place.
The story seems flexible at this point, the art is much like one piece. The characters i cant comment much about now but overall the anime is likey to be one worth watching.
