Zankyou no Terror is a story about two mysterious teenagers called Nine and Twelve that call themselves "Sphinx". They carry out bombings around Tokyo while giving the police riddles in videos they post on Youtube(?), that if solved correctly lets them find and defuse the bombs that Sphinx have planted. However there's more to it than just plain terrorism, and as the story progresses we find out the true reasons to why Nine and Twelve are doing this.

I must say that I really enjoyed ZnT. The story was very interesting, and you kept wanting to see another episode just to gain another piece of the puzzle to what Nine and Twelve's true motives are. The art is great and so is the sound and voice acting.

There are some things that I didn't really like about the show. I didn't really like how Twelve and Nine seemed to be able to get away with things all the time. There were lots of times when it seemed like the police should have been able to arrest them easily, but for some reason decided not to. It made it a bit boring, because it felt like nobody was really trying to stop them and it took away from some of the suspense. It also felt like the show tried to be more intelligent than it really is by throwing in chess scenes and stuff. I also wish that it had been longer, since it feels like a lot of the plot was just explained quickly in the later episodes so they could wrap up the story.

The characters are somewhat interesting, with detective Shibazaki being the most interesting one of the bunch. However, Shibazaki being able to solve stuff a bit too easily also makes it less exciting and takes away from the suspense.

Overall, I really liked this anime and I would definitely recommend it to people who enjoy crime shows.
