Where do I begin? This adaptation very much surpassed my expectations. I loved the visual novel, beginning to end, and once I learned of the anime adaptation, I needed to see it. Little did I know it would be this good. Everything about it piqued my interest. Once I was finished with it, I had found one of my new favorite anime.

Story

The story is executed very well in my opinion. Naturally, as the visual novel is quite lengthy, they could not include everything. But they did include every important bit for the story to progress smoothly. Also, the story itself I found interesting as well. From the visual novel to the anime.

Art
------------
The art style is, as it was in the visual novel, breathtaking. I loved it beyond belief. The beautiful art makes the characters stand out, the environments vibrant, and the occasional fanservice that much better. :3

Character

Character is key in anime, and Grisaia nailed this aspect once again. Every character is just amazing in their own way, and the character development throughout the series stays consistent, which is a great thing. Also, character design is varied and unique as well, with a wide variety of characters in the cast.


In conclusion, Grisaia no Kajitsu is an amazing anime adaptation that should be enjoyed be many more people. In my opinion, there is nothing to lose from watching this masterpiece. Naturally, opinions differ, and I understand that. But I do hope people who are interested in this show will watch it. :3
