Mixed Feelings
Overall a very strange show, with alot of missed potential.
To start off the art style is pretty standard with no really stand out moments, there's a little bit of CG mixed in there but its hardly of any concern. The music during the show is pretty forgettable but serves its purpose, however the opening and ending themes really are quite good and have some interesting visuals.

Now the characters of the show are a big problem. Yuno, the crazy pink haired chick that this show is known for, is really the only driving force when it comes to real character development. Minene helps a little too but the rest of the characters come of as very flat and static, however I gave characters such a low score because of the male lead. 'Yuki' as Yuno calls him is a sad little man who's personality and motivations seem to change as often as the damn tide. Sometimes he's brave, sometimes he's a wimp, sometimes he's a high functioning sociopath and sometimes he's thicker than the great wall of china.

Now the story starts off well and the premise is interesting, but I feel like during the story board for each episode Billy Mays dropped into the studios proclaiming "But Wait! There's more!" because mechanics and rules keep getting added on all the way up until the very end, and it is seriously ridiculous. By the end of the show the plot bites the bullet in a matter of speaking and really plummets.

Basic Idea: A group of 12 people (but a guarantee you this isn't even a sold rule in itself) are all given phones with the ability to read into the future, each phone is catered for the personality of each contestant. These contestants must have a battle royal in order to determine who will be the next god of this universe, last one left standing gets the job. Now being as the current god (Deus, no not Ex Machina, but he might as well be) is on a time crunch he and his assistant stur up the cometition in order to hurry things along and make them interesting.
