In the beginning I was wondering who the good guys actually were, I was a bit puzzled bit eventually I got to see what it was all about. These are my ratings for the following:
Story: 8/10
In my opinion the story could have been better. I did a little research to see if this was adapted from a manga or light novel and I found nothing. I guess that explains the progression and development of the story. It felt different from stories that were adapted. I wanted more from the story but at the same time I wasn't disappointed.
Art: 8/10
The art is nice. I personally like how the main character "Twelve" looks.
Sound: 8/10
The OSt that stood out to me was a slow one that sounded similar to something I heard in the anime SHIKI, but they don;t have the same music composers. Seems that it was made by Yoko Kanno though, yeah.
Character: 7/10
Mainly because I really like the "Twelve" guy. There wasn't very much in the way of character development because although they knew each other since they were young, the main characters didn't feel that way. There wasn't that much development in that area. Also, the girl, Lisa, I don;t really know much about her either. What was going with her at home? I still don;t know. Why is she depressed? What's going on? I would have sympathize with her if I knew what was going on. She was mostly just there being useless and ruining the guys' plans and having Twelve care for her it was annoying. I needed to know more about her.
Enjoyment: 8/10
Yeah, because it's a terrorism thing and I like how they executed their plans.
Overall 7/10.
It was good. I didn't get bored at all but if I look at it objectively, It was lacking in a few departments.
