There was little to no character development which meant they were unbearably bland and some story elements were handled clumsily, which lead to a very disappointing and anti-climactic ending. This goes to prove that trying to fit a 100+ chapter manga series into 13 episodes is a complete and utter catastrophe.
The only thing I ended up liking was the first opening.
