I didn't watch this earlier because I thought it was just a boring harem. It's still kind of a harem, but I didn't expect to enjoy this. If I could add in decimals to my ratings, I would give this a 8.5/10, but rounding up calls for 9/10.

Story: 6/10
A relatively normal plot. High schooler Araragi Koyomi, after being helped by Oshino Meme, goes back to being a human from vampire. After that incident, he gets involved with oddity-inflicted girls and because of his good-nature, he tries to save all of them. With a simple plot like this, it's easy to build up from that.

Art: 9/10
One of my favorite parts of this anime is the animation style. Random zoom-ins on things as talking is going on. The camera at weird angles/places. I can't exactly explain it, but I like the movement (?). I watched Mekakucity Actors before, and I found that the same studio animated both animes which made sense.
The character design/art is alright. I did like the background art though.

Sound: 8/10
It was nice how there was a different opening for the different story arcs. The soundtrack was decent.

Character: 8/10
I liked the characters. They're all amusing and weird. It's because of them that there was many instances of talking about who knows what and I actually liked the fake deep conversations.
A character I didn't like would be Hanekawa. Maybe because she's just so plain compared to the other characters.

So, overall, it was great, not exactly a 9 but not really an 8. But, it's enough for me to want to watch the sequels.
