A short sinopse:
Death Parade is about Decim and his newly assistant, and his existence is about judging every two people who die together, he makes them play a game without they remember that they are dead, and if they don't he gives them the impression that they will be killed if they don't, whoever wins the game gets to live and the loser is killed. However, this is all setup to see the darkness in people and judge who deserve to go to the Void and who deserve to Resurrect.

Story - 8
I do love well-made animes that dells in human psychology, moral and hidden desires, Death Parade is no different, specially since it was so well made (of course, Madhouse, MUDFUKER!). The only problem that annoyed me through all episodes was the fact that the concept of Void/Resurrect doesn't make sense:

1) Every human has the potential of doing good or evil, it depends in the social condition and how the person was educated, also experiences throughout the persons life.
2) If a person has the opportunity of resurrect, that means (statistically), in one of those reincarnations the person will have a "bad personality", or born in a situation in which the person won't have another option unless they do what is commom for people in extreme conditions do, an exemple would be the kids who are brainwashed to kill and have the mindset of terrorists, or young girls who, because of their situation, have to prostitute themselves, which no fault of their own, grown up and usually because "bitter humans" because life is extremely unfair to them. Which means in one of the person's reincarnation they will be an awful human and be cast into the void, so everyone eventually goes to the void. and if everyone goes to the void, the judgment is unnecessary.

Art - 10
I have only love for the art of Madhouse.

Sound - 10
Do no understand a lot about it, so this is my amateurish opnion, never really paid attention to soundtracks of a lot animes, I usually listen to the OP and ED, if I like it I try to find it, if I don't I just ignore it.

Character - 9
Only problem is that they don't dwell in the story of the judges, which is expected in a 12-episode anime.

Enjoyment - 9
Because of my question about the void/reincarnation system doesn't make sense to me, but the rest was really good.

Overall - 9
Truly one of 2015 best animes.
