STORY (9/10):
The story is about two teenagers whose origin is "special" (I won't be spoiling anything). They are japanese citizen and also terrorists. But there's one detail on their method: They end up never killing anyone on their attacks. The story further develops later on to explain the reason for that. The story develops nicely throughout the anime and doesn't feel rushed or dragged at any point. The only downside here is related to the airport part of the story, that whole "arc" seemed really unreasonable and unrealistic for this anime.
CHARACTER (7/10):
This is the part where I think this anime could've done better. The main protagonists develop well and have their actions and reasons well explained. The problem here is when you put Mishima Lisa and Five characters into this account. Mishima Lisa gets poor development during the episodes which is a shame because she could've been an interesting character. As for Five's character, well, she doesn't really fit into this anime's atmosphere, and when you finally understand what motivated her... Well, it just doesn't feel reasonable.
ART & SOUND (7/10):
The animation style for Zankyou no Terror was memorable at certain occasions and bad at others, but they were pretty good for the bigger part of it. The OST was also good and there were some well inserted BGM in some parts. The use of sound effects didn't do bad either, but there are some scenes where the voice quality was a little bit subpar.
ENJOYMENT (9/10):
Despite it's midway flaws regarding some of the characters and a bad "arc" there, Zankyou no Terror still delivers a lot of action, good dialogues and likable characters in its cast. I'd recommend it to anyone who enjoy its genres.
