I personally think Charlotte is one of the best anime out there and definitely one of my favourites. It has a great plot and setting. It also teaches very deep morals such as how losing someone extremely important to them can do to someone and how power corrupts a soul. The powers/special abilities in this anime are very interesting and creative. It manages to balance out drama and comedy very well which kept the show appealing and fun. It also is able to explain confusing us with an overlord of exposition. There are a few minor plot holes but compared to most anime in the supernatural genre it does quite well on minimising errors and plot holes. If you are watching it for the first time I highly encourage you to stay away from spoilers as they will ruin the feelings, emotions and overall experience of this anime. If you are not driven by the plot, the amazing animation and soundtrack are enough to keep most people watching.
