It was (in my opinion) one of the top 5 of this season, even tho I think they wasted a lot of episodes. The main plot advances pretty slowly meanwhile secondary shit happens, but the anime is pretty cool, the concept of a modern army against a fantasy one is really original. the characters were super cool and even tho there wasn't much character development. The battle scenes were rad as fuck, who doesn't love some guns and swords?
anyways... I'm really looking forward the next season, I really wanna see how Itami deals with the red dragon and what happens with the empire... I recall the king being a fucking douchebag in the first episodes... so yeah... Piña Co Lada is going to have a hard time.
