Gate is one of my favorite anime to re-watch since it's short and has an enjoyable allure. I love the aspect of science versus fantasy in the series. I enjoyed the art style and the characters are memorable. The story is clear and each major event that occurs is completed within 2 or 3 episodes. However, I was disappointed to find out that the series was being separated into 2 seasons instead of 1 season comprised of 24 episodes. There is plenty of action and comedy thrown together along with a decent plot. Overall, if you want to see what would happen if science versus fantasy occurs, then this is great for you. If not, then give it a shot.
