This is perhaps one of the best anime I have ever seen. I love the characters and the realistic (seemingly) presentation of what actually goes on in the adult world where there are cases of adoption and single parenting with difficulties to overcome. The serious side of this anime is mixed well with light-hearted humor both from the adult characters and the children and all the characters are to be appreciated in their own way.
It perhaps didn't quite pan out the way I had expected it to but I think that actually makes it better for not being your standard, predictable anime.
Would recommend to slice-of-life and comedy fans but anyone should give this a try no matter their preferences.
