Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso, an anime, I have found in a strange way. I remember looking at the anime list, and finding this. I glanced at the tags. Music? I'm out of here. That was quite a long time ago. Now, I was watching Anime's Got Talent, and spotted this anime in there, I decided to give it a try. Hooked up instantly, I constantly spent all day watching this, savoring its enjoyment.
Story: Your typical Romance story. Here it is in short language: Boy needs help. Girls comes and help boy. Boy falls in love with Girl. Girl falls in love with boy also. Girl dies. Great! Nothing special. Now, the storyline was written so carefully, so smoothly that it made up for that. It was never rushed, always making you enjoy every bit of it. The ending made me cry, and was very emotional. Story - 9
Art: No complains here. As expected from a music anime. The piano and violin movements were gorgeous. The art style has its own touch, which I'm not able to say in words. Art - 9
Sound: No complains here also! The piano and violin pieces were absolutely beautiful! Sound - 10
Character: Also pretty good! The anime focused mainly on Kaori and Kousei, while still having some details with the two other characters. I don't have much to say about this, for I am not the type of person who really looks deep into the characters. Character - 9
Enjoyment: Did I enjoy this? Of course! Every moment of this anime made me want more, and more like a greedy beast. I loved the comedy jokes placed in here and there to keep you from becoming bored. The characters gave a good show for us indeed! Enjoyment - 10
Overall: This was a marvelous anime, and should be at the top of the list! Every anime has its own problems, but this anime was the one I found the least in. Of course, as I said, every anime has several problems, so unfortunately, I can't give a 10 for this, but here something close! Overall - 9.7
