I found this anime on a top 50 anime Youtube video ranking 31? Anyway, I jumped into it and was caught by the obscurity of the anime. It was so new and unique to me that I kept watching. Towards the end, (15-22), it started to slow down and focus more on drama and the character which I liked but I know some people didn't really like that.

Story: 8/10 (unique, mysterious, awesome)
Art: 9/10 (above average and soothing)
Sound: 8/10 (classical that suits well to the story)
Character: 8/10 (stereotypical characters done wonderfully)
Enjoyment: 9/10 (always on the edge of my seat)

Overall, if you are looking for a mystery/drama/thriller, this is something for you. I recommended to a lot of people as it should be better known in the anime community.
