The Story is like road with so many potholes. My biggest complaints are 1. Not once are these "evil scientists" in the anime and because of that the threat seems so unreal. 2. The pacing of this anime is horrendous, the 1st half of it feels slower then a 10,000 meter run for snails. Then the 2nd half of the season is rushed - heck the last episode (which should be awarded for being horribly rushed) is a testament to the show's pacing issues. Admittedly despite it's flaws, it has a few good moments.

Art - 8/10 - The art is definitely the strongest aspect of this anime. the characters are well drawns and the environments are beautifully coloured and designed. Smoothly done and easy on the eye.

Sound 5/10 - Sound was extremely mediocre, although I like the opening because it's quite catchy. Other than that nothing sticks out at all.

Character 5/10 - The MCs Yuu and Nao have some decent development but there are so many characters who get little to no development whatsoever. The best example of this is Takajo - he is at first a seemingly important member of the student council. After the 3rd episode he feels like he has been relegated to a character who has been added just for comical effect, or to lighten the mood. There are more charactes in the 2nd half of the season who are extremely forgetable for the same reason - lack of character development.

Enjoyment 6/10 - If you can ignore the flaws in the Story mainly the pacing, as well as character development then to be fair, it is a reasonably decent anime to watch.
