This show made me irrationally hate the cookie I was eating. I started watching the show because I saw there was going to be a season two and I'm a fan of reverse harems. But the show had no plot or character development it was just the feeble whimpering of a girl, and control freak vampires. After just watching a few episodes I could see that it was adopted from a game, and I could see the concept working for a game. For an anime, not so much.
But I do think it was beautifully animated and despite it flaws it got me hooked on watching the whole series. Probably because I was just waiting for something to finally happen. It felt like there was 12 episodes of build up for the grand finale, which was basically one episode of wow that's pretty cool that ended with the protagonist right back where she started.
Next time the makers of this show get an idea, I would recommend them to first go to school and learn what a story is or at least plan or make a mind map or something.
