It is hard to find such a great anime, even though it is not so well known.
If you are looking for a new perspective on normal events then you have found your leader: Hikigaya Hachiman.
At the beggining you might find it boring, but over time you get to know the characters and start to understand their choices. This anime won't go randomly throwing new character at you, with what they have they make such a beautiful anime.
The first season might not have the best animation but believe me the second season is surely a beauty (the studio in charge for the 2nd season is the same one of the famous incest series "yosuga no sora").
Give it a try, even if you don't like RomComs, because this is not your average romantic comedy.
